ZieCo
An AI pipeline that helps expert engineers handle construction damage claims: it reads the case, weighs both sides, asks when something is missing, and drafts the report an expert signs.
What happens to a claim
Why it’s built this way
An early single-agent version gave shallow analysis, so the case is argued from both sides before a verdict. The order of steps is fixed instead of letting the AI decide what runs next, because that kept the results predictable.
Missing information is asked, never guessed. Automatic checks run before anything reaches the expert, and the expert always makes the final call.
What I learned
Data quality at the source matters more than a smarter model downstream. Structuring the field notes early helped more than any change to the AI steps.
ZieCo belongs to Zie Expertise, so this page shows what it does, not how it’s built.
